Working with Aberthaw Construction Corp, the commercial services team at Denommee Plumbing, HVAC & Electric completed the core build out of a 72,000 square foot office building in Newington, New Hampshire.

The mass timber design—an environmentally-friendly method of construction that emits ~30% fewer carbon dioxide emissions than traditional steel or concrete construction. In addition, once the CO2 sequestered in its fiber is counted, wood becomes carbon negative— meant our work on the project required the highest level of finish and care in executing the fabrications due to all mechanicals being fully exposed.

Our commercial HVAC installation team carefully crafted the spiral sheet metal system in oval, round and square connecting the ducts to 36 air handler units. We made use of prototyping particular elements off-site to ensure we delivered highest level of workmanship.
