Servant Leadership

What stewardship means to us

We believe strongly that success comes from raising others up. Through our Operation Denommee is to Love Me initiative, we put our heart and help into causes and organizations that improve the lives of our neighbors and strengthen our community.

Only as we begin to know something — or someone — can we truly begin to love it.

“To know me is to love me. This cliché is popular for a reason, because most of us, believe deep in our hearts that if anyone truly got to know us, they'd truly get to love us - or at least know why we're the way we are. The problem in life, maybe the central problem, is that so few people ever seem to have sufficient curiosity to do the job on us that we know we deserve.”
Roger Ebert

Denommee is to Love Me: A Cliché for Causes

By lending heart and help to causes and organizations that improve the lives of neighbors and strengthen community we put our servant leadership into action. Efforts include local business support, school sponsorships and scholarship, American Red Cross blood drives, charitable donations to Elder Services of Merrimack Valley, 50Legs Foundation, Meals on Wheels, the local Lion’s chapter, Tap out Cancer, the American Legion, St. Jude’s Hospital, American Heart Association, Movember Foundation, Humane Society, Special Olympics and the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

You will also see our team donating critically-needed blood at American Red Cross drives. Our donations of time and capital to Tyngsboro Recreation and Parks help the department continue to provide valuable programs that improve the health and well-being of our town. Southbound travelers on Route 3 can see our highway stewardship between Westford and Chelmsford. September is childhood cancer month, which means supporting the amazing work of St. Jude’s Hospital. We go Pink in October to support the work of the Susan G Komen foundation in their fight against breast cancer. Our guys go no-shave for November to raise awareness of men’s health issues by support the Movember Foundation.

The COVID pandemic introduced new challenges and strained vital social support systems. In response, we ramped up our efforts to share our success and lend more help. In 2024 we were fortunate enough to be able to lend the Greater Nashua New Hampshire Habitat for Humanity critical assistance with the heating and cooling system installation for their home construction project. We are aiming higher in our charitable works in 2025 and beyond. Please join us in learning more about these causes, organizations and events and getting to know the positive impact they have on the lives of our neighbors.
