Four Generations of Legendary Service

In 1918, a young Emile Denommee emigrated from Canada, bringing his plumbing skills to Lowell, MA.   Denis J. Denommee, his second oldest child learned the trade from Emile and went on to found Tyngsboro Plumbing with his sons. The company proudly served the plumbing and heating needs of customers in the Lowell area for more than 30 years.  In 1999 Denis’ son, Guy, and his wife Carin launched Denommee Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. The company has steadily grown from a single truck into an award-winning team of over 40 employees and a GPS-dispatched service fleet of over 30 vehicles serving customers in a 35-mile plus radius from our base.

A 3rd generation Master Plumber, Guy Denommee now serves as CEO, while his nephew, (Denis‘ grandson) Ben Adams (himself a 4th generation plumber that rose from Shop Sweeper) leads day-to-day operations as President. Long-time manager, and 3rd generation plumber, Tim Hulings serves as Vice President. Currently, five pairs of fathers and sons, four pairs of brothers, including Guy’s two sons, and younger brother Gerard, work for the company. Family is much more than DNA to us, it’s the bedrock of our operation.

Over time, fuel types, equipment, personnel, techniques and our logo have changed, but our focus and approach have not. Denommee Plumbing, Heating & Cooling remains a family business steadfastly dedicated to increasing the comfort, safety, air quality, and fuel efficiency of homes and businesses throughout our service area.  Honesty, integrity, respect, premium equipment, quality parts, no corners cut, the job done right for the right price, while always standing behind our work; are all hallmarks of the Denommee way of doing business.
