I had an old leaking kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced with a brand new Delta faucet that I had purchased. They took care to check over everything, and explained how to maintain and clean the sprayer.
They took away all the old parts and cleaned up inside the cabinet. Overall an excellent experience from a professional team.

We had a water pipe burst at 9pm on Xmas eve, I was assuming there was no way to get it fixed but after a quick call I had two techs named Phin + Mike who came to our rescue. A few hours later and we’re back in business, A+ customer service. I’ll call them next time for sure.
Edit: another pipe burst 20 mins after they left and they came right back and fixed that one too.

I had a pipe burst at 4:45 am, water everywhere, total nightmare. Called Denommee @ 7:05, they answered right away. They sent me off to Sam (Samantha?) in plumbing who took my service request. She was super personable and friendly. Within minutes I had an appointment on Christmas Eve in a couple hours. John the service tech actually showed up early. He assessed the situation and made a quick trip to pick up materials. When he came back, he had everything fixed a few hours. He was neat, clean and very professional...great guy. John, Sam and Denomme was the best contractor experience I have ever had. I would and do recommend them for any of your plumbing needs... Merry Christmas and Thank you again.

Best experience ever. Professional crew. Alex and Nate the installers were always on time and explained everything, cleaned up, labelled everything and were excellent to work with. The best part for me was the backend experience with Amanda who took care of all the rebate filings! Jeremy who does the quotes was fantastic as well and took care to explain everything. Pricing was very competitive! They won the business in our whole neighborhood. Wish every installer would learn from this company. This is what a well run small business experience should feel like.

I can’t speak highly enough about the service I received. I had an emergency on a Sunday and Alex arrived within 2 hours of my first call. He was able to address the immediate situation, and the following morning I received a call that someone would be out between 8 and 10am with the parts needed for the repair. John and Mark arrived just after 8am and the job was done in about 2 hours. All three techs were professional and personable. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and they will be the first I’ll call should the need arise .

Jared and Cameron replaced the AC and heating in our home this week. Their work was meticulous, their professionalism was evident, their work ethic was clear. George from Denommee came out today to investigate a troublesome noise in my pipes. The noise occurred all over the house whenever a toilet flushed. He was among the most professional and courteous technicians I have ever met. He took the time to investigate every possibility of where the noise originated and then solved the issue. I would give ten stars to George and Denommee if I could. I highly recommend Denommee for any HVAC issue. Kudos to this company for having such a fantastic employee!

We used Denommee a couple of years ago to replace our heating system. They did such an amazing job that naturally, when we needed our central AC replaced, we hired them again. The installers Cameron, Alex and Tyler Jones all did an awesome job! Third time we’ve used Denommee and they are excellent. Only one out of six plumbing companies that answered the phone, only one of the others had called back at all. This time was to replace the hot water heater. They had Mike out to us the next day to look at it, and the next day after to do the work, complete with two electricians. Not many companies can accommodate that quickly for even the smallest job! The women on the phone were very nice and Mike was so nice, even when my dog jumped all over him! We will definitely use them again.

I am new to the area, I was referred to Denommee Plumbing and Heating by my next door neighbor. My gas furnace went out, no heat. They sent John O’Connor who was very thorough and did some diagnostic testing to find out that my gas valve in the furnace had failed. He replaced the gas valve and heat was back on . Very fast service . Thank you.

Last Friday night I had an emergency. Water leaking in the basement at midnight. Luckily I called Denommee Plumbing. John Teal was my hero. We've always had great success with Denommee Plumbing. Our general contractor first recommended them for our home renovation when we needed to replace/vent/update all of the plumbing in our 1930's house. As you can imagine, there were a number of tricky issues they discovered after the demo and Ricky and his team handled them with ease, quickly finding solutions and doing a great job throughout the project.
More recently, John and Aiden were able to solve an unusual issue that popped up with one of our sink drains.
Overall, everyone we've worked with at Denommee has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and treated our home with care.

We've been Denommee customers for a few years, and they continue to impress us with the high quality of their service. I placed a service call yesterday, and the truck was in my driveway at 8 AM this morning. It was great working with the team at Denommee. Rick made the estimation process easy, and gave me a very reasonable quote for an HVAC chassis replacement. We've been counting on Denommee for all things HVAC for a couple years now and they are responsive, always on time and professional with pricing that is up-front and more than fair. Each tech that has visited has been friendly and very skilled. Our York gas furnace failed recently and we didn't discover the lack of heat until morning when we immediately called Denommee. Drew was here an hour later, diagnosed the problem and had heat restored in a couple hours. However, the problem ran deeper with corroded wiring that Drew determined was one of the root causes for a gas valve failure. Long story short, his persistence to fix the problem made all the difference and the unit has been working fine since. Thanks guys!!

We talked to at least 5 different HVAC contractors before selecting Denommee for our heat pump project and we are very happy we did. Everyone we have interacted with (Amanda F, Matt M, Tyler D, and others) has been extremely patient, polite and knowledgeable. They were quick to correct any issues and answer every question we had, and even though the installation and inspection process took a bit longer than expected, our house is ultimately much more comfortable and better equipped for climate change. We are also thankful for having them help us process all the MassSave paperwork, and we received the rebate sooner than expected.

Bathroom in my house was nuts. Yellow shower with a loose rail. Yellow toilet. Yellow sink with a brown stain in it. Yellow walls. I don't know what the previous owners were thinking. But we needed to fix it, and money was tight.
I'm not a plumber, or a handyman. But Denommee worked with me. I was able to do the drywall, tiling, and painting. Denommee helped me get the plumbing done without incident.

We had our Gas furnace serviced today by Josh and Brian. The Techs were very helpful, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company. They installed our Bryant Furnace 2 years ago it has problem free.

We were having an issue and called Denommee Plumbing (Milford) for the first time. Someone came out a couple days later. They charged just to get in their van and drive here, $99. Fine. But typically you don't get paid to go to work... anyways. They were coming to diagnose an issue. When the guy was here, he gave us his "best guess" and said for another $500, he could do a test to confirm. Then charged us another $230. So $329 to get a guys best guess... and another $500 to maybe confirm it. The two stars is because although they basically lectured us about plumbing costs, they did refund the $230 portion. Then, we called LUCO Plumbing & Heating (Milford). Two guys came in, figured out the problem immediately, and repaired the issue for a total of $800. They knew what they were doing, what to look for, and their pricing was so unbelievably reasonable. And, this was a month or two ago? And haven't had any issues since. So I can't speak to the quality of work by Denommee, but if you don't want to spend hundreds to maybe figure out what the issue is (nevermind what it could then cost to fix it) - I wouldn't recommend this place.

Just got a new a washing machine this past week from Bestbuy, it got delivered today and while the techs tried to install it they found that the valves to the water pipes the washing machine hoses connect to were corroded and fused to the shutoff valves on the hot and cold pipes. Denommee not only fit me in today at the last minute as a non-emergency call, but the service technician they sent Mike Riley was amazing! He not only got the problem solved but also installed the new washer for us and got it balanced properly and hooked up to the drain system, all of this in under an hour! We have used Denommee a lot of the last year for a new water heater install, hvac maintenance, and hvac leak detection and repair. Each service being just as good as the last! Would highly recommend them for my friends and family!

Mike Riley was my service technician from Denommee Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. My appointment time was scheduled between 10 am - 12 noon. Mike arrived exactly on time. He very quickly assessed the problem with my toilet. The total amount charged was satisfactory, fair, and more reasonable than other estimates I received from 5 different businesses. Mike is very knowledgeable about his work. He is outstanding in his professionalism, and in the way he explains both the problem and resolution. As a customer you completely understand the situation/circumstances you are dealing with. An important note: When an earlier arrival time opened I was contacted by the company to ask if I would be interested in taking it. Sadly I had to keep my original appointment, but at least they let me know the opportunity was possible.

From the moment my first call was answered till finish of the job, it was a very pleasant and painless experience. The lady who answered my call was so polite and helpful, scheduled evaluation on the same morning I called. David and Layla came out an hour later and gave a quick diagnose, and worked on the job to change my tankless water heater the next day. They arrived on time and worked straight for a whole day. No hassle, no surprise, just hard work. They were so professional, so quiet, and their job was so neat. I can't say enough good things about David and Layla's job. Will definitely use Denommee again in the future!

I will begin by stating that between the time I put the request for service on the website, the contact call, the call for the service appointment and the arrival of the plumber it was a matter of hours. I can truly say the superb service the plumber provided was outstanding. Not only did he do everything that was needed with a complete explanation to me and my son; He was extremely kind and patient. Ten out of ten stars all around from the initial costumer service to the actual service. I will also say that in the past few days I have contacted a few other companies and they gave me the run around, had me send pictures of my system, kept me on long waits, stating they would call me back, etc. (I’m not going to be ugly and named them though…). Any who I was blessed that ‘Denommee Plumbing’ came to the rescue and I am so very grateful! Lastly, I will say I did not loose a limb (smile) very good pricing.

Plumber showed up for the appointment on time and completed the work as requested to clean my hot water heater, but I noticed afterward that the heater was leaking. Swapping out the flapper on my 2 toilets also didn't do anything to fix the reported problem - the toilets still run without stopping unless someone intervenes, opening up the tank and pushing the flapper down manually. I messaged through their website as suggested in the follow up communication and nobody ever responded after 2 weeks.

Denommee has been servicing my Mitsubishi mini split system for a couple of years now, ever since the original installer went out of business. The technicians are well trained and have been with Denommee for years which is always a good sign. A company that treats their employees well, will treat their customers well. Denommee stands by their work. My system developed a leak late last year and they repaired it. Six months later the system was out of Freon again. A small part that Denommee had replaced, failed through no fault of Denommee's. Denommee has a one year warranty on repairs and Denommee performed the repair at no charge and it wasn't cheap, Freon is expensive. I also use Denommee to service my high efficiency boiler. The prior owners of my house had installed a high efficiency boiler and the original install was a mess, constant issues. Denommee redid the install correctly and the boiler has been trouble free since. Denommee's office staff are great, they are friendly and courteous when you call and they will call you back when they say they will.

Had my water heater changed from a tank to tankless, the two plumber's were here early removed the old tank, built a small wall and completely installed the new one in a day. They worked extremely hard to ensure they finished and got us back up and running. Great job

The technician (George) and his team came to install a faucet and also helped fix a faulty RO faucet as well. They had the equipment on hand and were happy to help out. They were very professional and courteous. They respected our time and acknowledged that my wife and I were both working at home while he was at the house.

We've had low hot water pressure in master bath shower for about 8 years. Never a problem before. Evaluated by well company, gas company, and three plumbing firms. Everybody either blamed water heater or said live with it. George C from Denommee said he thought it was shower valve and told us how to confirm when the issue recurred. He was right! He replaced the valve and it's like having a new shower. This has been a nagging years-long problem no one else could figure out. George diagnosed and fixed it without issue. Very satisfied!

Denommee replaced our gas furnace and central AC with an air source heat pump and backup gas furnace. They also installed a tankless water heater. The work is neat as a pin, and so far is working great. Good customer service as well.

What amazing service!! I was going through the list of AC repair companies today to try and find someone to come fix mine. Everybody I had called couldn't get me in until 2 weeks from now - but not these guys! The technician was here and fixed the problem within a couple hours. Super fast, friendly, efficient and honest. I have found my new "go-to" for plumbing HV/AC needs.

When I needed to replace my A/C and Heat Pump this year, I met with several companies to review bids. Denommee was better in almost every category, and their price was by far the best! Of course, price is not everything, and I will say the installation team was excellent! They worked at my home for four days and they guys couldn’t have been nicer. Finally, Tammy and Diane in the office helped me navigate and get approved for the MassSave Heat Loan and obtain my rebate! No other company even offered to help with that process. Outstanding service all around. Over the course of the week the install team was at my home, I asked two of the guys what it was like to work for Denommee. Both said, without hesitation, that they had worked other places, but Guy and Carin, “treated them like family”. By the end of the week, I felt like I was part of the family too! Go Denommee!

Another company kept us waiting for two hours to then say they couldn’t reach their on call guy (i had to ask after that long wait, amazing they had to be pushed to then tell us situation and not follow up). I then asked around and a friend recommended your company. Super quick turn around, great communication and follow through, and Justin our tech was fantastic! He resolved issue and even helped tell us what we could do to avoid a similar issue moving forward (we have harsh well water and doing damage to our pipes and appliances). He wrote everything out and we will definitely be following up with your company to get that work done.
