Update on our remodel project in Tyngsboro. While the Enwright Construction crew continues their framing and carpentry work, one of our HVAC crews has been busy installing a high-efficiency multi-zone ductless heat pump air conditioning system that will work in tandem with the existing Bosch hydronic heating system.
Two GE Appliances Air & Water Endure series outdoor units are connected to six indoor units. One of the outdoor condensing units will provide heating & cooling capabilities to four high-wall mounted indoor units, while the other condenser will provide the same capacity to the first floor via a low-wall and high-wall unit.
As the exterior of the circa 1900 home is due to be re-sided and the interior spaces getting altered, the team chose to carefully weave the linesets, control wiring and condensate drain lines through the interior spaces of walls, attic, closets and basement access points. The labor-intensive craftsman-level work will result in a very effective modern HVAC system with minimal aesthetic impact on the exterior.
Next up, gas piping and electrical systems, porch renovations and exterior siding.
