Working behind the scenes on two upcoming exhibits featuring an entire wall of ice and large reservoir of water, Our guys are creatively solving an install puzzle. Due to strict environmental and engineering requirements, installation of 500 feet of 2” copper called for a flameless bonding solution. The exhibits environments do not allow for open flames and smoke, engineering did not allow press fit nor liquid bonding processes. Employing a specialized flameless technique, we are able to achieve results equal to conventional flame soldering in both strength and reliability.
