Our commercial services team is wrapping up our second project for Life Storage. This one in Salem, MA consists of a 90,000sqft, three-story building with 655 rental units within it. The Denommee team has provided full plumbing, heating & cooling system installation.
Led by Ben Adams, our President, and General Foreman Kyle Dombrowski, this work has taken months to complete, and required efforts from members of our plumbing, HVAC/Mechanical, as well as Electrical teams. Our work began with the cast iron drainage under the concrete slab and then moved onto domestic water, waste and venting. Our team then constructed the extensive sheet metal air distribution system, installed a variety of conventional split HVAC equipment and climate controls. As opening day approaches, our team is currently commissioning and performing quality control measures.
