We are open during the COVID-19 outbreak
The safety & health of customers and staff are of utmost importance
We thank our customers for their business and continued support in these challenging times. We share their concern and distress the Coronavirus outbreak is causing. The health, safety and well-being of our customers, staff and community are our top priorities.
We remain committed to continuing to provide the safest and most reliable plumbing and HVAC service possible to our customers, while doing our part to protect well-being of our staff, customers and the communities where we all live and work.
We are taking extra steps and following recommended guidance
All office and technicians are making concerted efforts to adhere to latest safety recommendations from the U.S.
Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), OSHA, along with state and local authorities. In keeping with this guidance, our teams are taking additional pre-cautionary measures to limit staff exposure and that of our customers. Our plans continue to evolve as developments in the greater community change.
STAFF AND OFFICE RESPONSE PLANS
- Our systems include decentralization and social distancing with team members working remotely and alternate shifts, as well as increased personal and environmental spacing, washing, and sanitizing.
- Field teams have hygiene and sanitization support kits including gloves, masks and sanitizing agents as per health protocols recommended by the CDC when performing work on location.
- Actively monitoring the health of team members and those in contact with them. During these wellness checks, we remind team members to stay home if they or anyone they are in contact with feels ill with cold or flu symptoms.
- Office staff are taking extra precautions including limiting access, working and dispatching remotely, and practicing social distancing and enhanced cleaning regiments.
- Prioritizing service needs for elderly and the most vulnerable.
- Customer support staff are asking customers with scheduled or scheduling service, to inform us if anyone at the location has tested positive for the coronavirus or experienced symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath or cough consistent with signs of the virus during the last 14 days so that we may reschedule their appointments.
We urge everyone to stay informed, prepared, and—above all—calm in the face of the current virus threat. The over-abundance of information about COVID-19, real and imagined, making the rounds can leave you dizzy. Finding comic relief in the exaggerated responses of some certainly does help, but having real facts, taking reasonable steps, and looking after each other will help us all return to “normal” life as quickly as possible. To those ends we are doing all we can at Denommee Plumbing.
From increased sanitation, frequent wellness checks and monitoring, social distancing, schedule adjustments and more, we, as a service business, are taking all government health and OSHA recommended steps and prudent precautions to safeguard the well-being of our team and customers. We do this so that we can continue to safely and reliably serve the plumbing, heating & cooling needs of our customers, neighbors and community. We know plumbing and HVAC systems don’t recognize viral interruptions, but you can continue to count on us to help whenever the comfort systems of your home or business need attention.
Humanity will win out. As a local community, a country, and a planet, we are all in this together, and we will all get through this together. Stay safe and calmly carry on!
So, our approach may change as result of the ongoing emergency, but our goal remains to provide the best customer experience possible. To that end, we will continue to work hard to safely deliver on our brand promise of providing legendary service at the right price. Watch for updates on our Web, Google and Facebook pages to inform any changes in status that may occur in the days ahead.
Stay healthy, safe and positive!
